Great place, during the pandemic, they gave done a good job of distancing patrons. The queso was a little cool when it arrived at the table, so that was not as great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall nice atmosphere and great entrée dishes!

Food is not good and they have poor servers. Ordered food and it was cold, sent it back and didn't want it and they tried to make me pay for food that I didn't eat. DO NOT go there. I recommend El Rey right down the road or Acapulcos on South College!

1st time here and I was NOT impressed! Empty restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get a drink, and our Margaritas were watered down, I didn't taste a hint of Tequila at all.Waitress had an attitude and the staff sat around talking to one another. If you visit this place, I really hope your drinks and service are better than my visit.

Awful experience and server..... Police called because we didn’t like the food, money is never a problem but I don’t like to pay for horrible food ....Police came and we paid half price but will never be back.... Acapulco’s is way better‼️‼️‼️

Travelers, this is a solid Mexican restaurant. The prices are good and the food is good too. I like the chicken palomino burrito because I like their cheese sauce. The fajitas are wonderful. Each meal can feed two people. Enjoy.

First time experience was horrible. As employees of a business they were unprofessional towards a customer. I am unsure what the problem was but the employees called the customer names and provoked the situation even further. The woman who apologized to us should have apologized to the customers that they were being so awful to. Because of this experience I will never bring my family to this place of business and will make sure that anyone that is associated with me will never come to this place. I feel so sorry for the customers. This place need a new management team and perhaps another person to own this place. Awful

This place will charge you half price if you don't like the food and say it's their policy. That's what the owner Barbara told me. Said that chicken burrito doesn't mean grilled chicken its 2 dollars more for grilled chicken.

Service is fast it is inexpensive and very good

The attitude of the staff is horrible! They will mess up your order because they don’t understand and the food is old and cold then expect you to pay for something you didn’t order then threaten to call the police even though we all paid this was very embarrassing for my friends. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Great staff and plenty of seating for large parties. Quick service and always very clean. Just don’t come here for authentic Mexican food, it is good but very Americanized.

This place was ok. The prices are definitely good but I'm comparison to other similar restaurants the food was subpar. None of the food we received was hot but the plate was. Margaritas was good though and or waitress was very attentive.

Food was very good. Was first time eating inside restaurant since covid 19 but servers were mask and they gave us plastic forks and spoons. Tables were very clean

The hard shell tacos were the best that I've had besides my own. Get them with just cheese and cilantro instead of lettuce and your fav condiment. Delish! I live in Michigan and here visiting my daughter and I will be definitely craving this place when I go back.

The servers and ownership are always very friendly. Treat customers like family. The food couldn't come out any faster and it's always consistently good. Probably not "authentic" but that's a good thing for me. Prices are fair and have good mid week drink specials. Love this place.

Called today to place an order and the person who answered was very rude. She told me they were not taking any orders right now and that I would need to call back in atleast 90 minutes. She would not answer my question as to why considering it is 6pm. If it’s because you are busy, you could have me know and would not be writing this review right now. Horrible customer service skills.

The employees at this establishment are extremely unprofessional we were sitting with our family and the employees where fighting with a customer who complained about their meal. There were 8 employees trying to fight one customer, a man who I assume is the boss of this establishment had on a burgundy shirt who was heavy set spit in the customers face and when she tried to leave they all followed her outside. There was a woman who also worked there jumped over the seat to hit the customer. Apparently there was no problem because the police let the customer go. The customer was not in the wrong, the employees were extremely unprofessional my family and I will never go back there after witnessing such a behavior. I hope she sues this establishment for the employee spitting in her face. Disgrace

Sat at the bar and the service was amazing. The bartender customized a drink for me. It was delicious!

Laredos has been in Auburn forever. Great food and great service. The margaritas are delicious and they put a HUGE sombrero on you and sing happy birthday if it's your birthday. Very fun atmosphere and speedy service.

Best Mexican restaurant I've ever had

Food is typical Sisco Food Mexican but service is fast. I ordered the burrito verde and it was very good. Their margaritas are excellent.

Great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices, this is our go to place for Mexican food in the Auburn and Opelika area.

Your to go order people need SERIOUS WORK on their attitude and Customer service. You all have great drinks, food but these 2 people (the pregnant one and the Big one) have a VERY BAD ATTITUDE. When the people that work for are Nasty it doesn't matter how good your drinks and food is.

The food and service were great! The atmosphere is relaxed too. I highly recommend going there for great Mexican food.

The first time I went was for my birthday, and it was fantastic. Great food. I went like an hour before closing, and at that point, most restaurants' quality diminishes because it's almost time to go home, but not Laredos. It was tasty.

Hadnt been here in a while. Was a favorite spot of ours at one time. my sister and boyfriend & I Decided to eat here since it had been so long & out favorite spot is closed now. But we all got sick that night. probably wont chance eating here again. Really Nice crew though.

Went here for my daughters birthday and they didn’t want to allow her the food she wanted to order said that it would be too much for her, I don’t care just give her what she wants it’s her birthday and there are to go boxes for a reason! He had a terrible attitude from the beginning. Friends of mine got banned from there last night bc their lettuce tasted weird (there is a recall currently) the police were called on them and they were called horrible names before being kicked out! Nobody deserves bad service especially when YOU are paying THEM! Be aware! Deserves ZERO stars!!! JS

Horrible customer service , I use to love eating here but now the food isn’t as satisfying. I was served a taco salad the meat looked as if it wanted to crawl off my plate and eat me they refused to give me a refund or exchange my meal .

Comparing to the other Mexican restaurants in the area the food is a little more expensive and the portions are less. The service is good tho.
